Glutathione: Its Benefits and Sources!

 

Glutathione is a powerful defense weapon produced by the body's cells. It is an antioxidant that cleanses the accumulated toxins as part of our immune system. Glutathione is made up of three amino acids: glutamine, cysteine, and glycine. It is considered one of the oldest antioxidants.

Recently, glutathione has gained popularity in beauty and skin lightening. Its primary role is to cleanse the body and liver, and once the body is cleansed, the skin's appearance improves, making it look much younger.
